The
Leadership Development Series is designed to improve the
performance management, coaching, feedback, and development
planning skills of organizational leaders and managers. The
following programs aim to build organizational bench strength
and develop the next generation of leaders. The series consists of five interactive
programs designed to improve Leader effectiveness in a
changing environment.

“What
Makes a Leader” is a question every organization needs
to answer for itself.. According to research, effective
leaders share a common factor; they all have a high level of
Emotional Intelligence. The EI Leadership series builds on
our awareness programs and offers Senior Managers a
skill-based approach to developing high levels of Emotional
Intelligence in themselves and in others. The series consists of four
instructor-led workshops that provides leaders with skills,
processes, and strategies for linking Emotional Intelligence
to organizational and people development.

Employees should be active partners with their managers in
their development and in managing their careers. The programs
offered in this series are designed to improve interpersonal
effectiveness and team contribution. There are two levels of
programs: Employee Effectiveness Modules
and Learning in a Box. |
