Transitional CoachingFocus:
Executives Transitioning Into New Roles
Transitional
Coaching is a proactive, preventive
process of leadership development.
It is geared towards the successful
executive who is transitioning into a new
or expanded role. Although coaching
ideally begins before or at the time of
the leader's appointment, it can be
implemented later if important transitional
problems arise. Coaching lasts six
months and includes a clarification of the
performance charter and coaching to add
value, have impact, and increase
competency.

Coaching
Focus: Coaching for
Behavioral Change
Transformational
Coaching is a high-impact intervention for
affecting change. This process
encompasses a six month, one-on-one
competency-based coaching model to address
specific performance problems that require
quick resolution. Using data from a
360º assessment, we construct a
comprehensive action plan to address
identified issues. This plan guides
an intensive coaching effort targeted
towards immediate improvement in problem
areas.
Developmental
Coaching
Focus:
Executive Competency Development
Individuals
often engage in development activities
without any direct connection to clearly
identified development needs. Our Development
Coaching process helps individuals to
carefully assess their core capabilities,
performance strengths and development
needs, in conjunction with organizational
competencies. We assist our clients
to carefully craft a relevant and
appropriate development approach to
addressing performance issues. This
assures that our clients' training and
development investment is focused,
practical, relevant and, most of all,
enduring.
