In today’s organizations, business objectives are accomplished through team work. The role of the leader is to build an effective work team that not only accomplishes project goals, but achieves sustained, long term results for the organization.

Our primary focus is to help build team competence through the enhancement of individual and group functionality, with an emphasis on interpersonal practices and capabilities.  Our team effectiveness instrument assesses team functional along 14 critical dimensions, and guides our intervention strategy.

Corporate Consulting Group offers organizations a method for correctly identifying key factors for success in critical functions and positions. 

We have worked with our clients to develop competencies, which are used to identify best in class on-the-job performance. We have created multi-rater surveys based on specific, core competencies unique to each client as the framework to assess performance, collect feedback, and recommend development prescriptions.

Our methodology utilizes a combination of Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI), focus groups, and observation and assessment of exemplars to create competency models that form the foundation for selection, training, and development activities.
