The consultants at Corporate Consulting Group are accredited administrators of the Emotional Competence Inventory 360.  The Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI 360) is a multirater tool that assesses emotional intelligence. Based on the seminal work of Richard Boyatzis and Daniel Goleman, the ECI 360 is based on 35 years of competency research and measures the full range of emotional intelligence competencies.
